This inspection / repair cost estimate includes any necessary disassembly such as earpads, cable, electrostatic drivers, etc. to identify repair needs.

Repair cost estimate is provided to customer after the inspection. Parts are ordered upon customer approval and repair invoice payment.

Customer approved repairs are performed by trained service technicians using genuine STAX repair parts. If STAX parts are not available, we will let you know if there are high quality alternatives.

A 90 days warranty is included with every repair.
